This unit monitors Placement Bureau systems, including group homes to ensure the safety and stability of the youth while in an out-of-home care setting. PPQA ensures case management compliance through strategic and intensive case review process which consists of reviewing all Foster Care Status Review reports, assessments, visitation activities, permanency options, and concurrent planning efforts. In addition, PPQA is responsible for permanency planning through Family Finding, Adoptions and Legal Guardianship process.
