Failure to Report

Felony Probation
Failure to report may result in the return of your case for a Violation or Desertion Hearing. Depending on the specifics of your case, this could result in a verbal admonishment, suitable time in custody before being reinstated on supervision, or revocation of supervision and the imposition of your sentence.

Post-Release Community Supervision
Failure to report will result in the request for the issuance of a no-bail warrant for your arrest. Execution of an arrest warrant could result in custodial sanctions that will delay termination of post-release supervision.
