Visitors, guests, and service providers must be appropriately dressed, and shoes must be worn at all times. Clothing considered inappropriate or posing a safety concern will not be allowed inside the facility and includes the following:

• Clothing exposing the breast/chest, midriff, genital area, back, or buttocks (such as strapless tops, spaghetti strap tops, transparent or see- through outfits, halter tops, low cut tops or clothing exposing mid-section of stomach) and clothing bearing inappropriate messages, insignias, sexual comments/pictures, gang affiliation, including bearing sports teams, and/or Geographic areas (i.e., Los Angeles, Bay Area, New York) and images of violence;
• Clothing exposing the leg higher than 2 inches above the knee (such as short skirts, short dresses, and shorts);
• Excessively revealing clothing (sheer tights, yoga pants, etc., need to be covered);
• Shawls, blanket wraps, blankets, large scarfs, bandanas, meta or recording glasses/sunglasses, non-prescription sunglasses, broaches, stickpins, hanging earrings, nose rings (with the exception of small studs), smart watches;
• Sandals, flip-flops, open toe shoes, open heel shoes, shoes/boots with metal toes or heels higher than two inches, or any shoes with removable accessories;
• No hats or caps, except for religious headwear.

Tattoos: Visitors will be required to cover tattoos when content is explicitly violent, pornographic, gang related or contains hate speech. The presence alone of such tattoos shall not be a reason to turn away a visitor. If the visitor is willing to cover the concerning content with clothing, band-aids or gloves, visitation can proceed. Facilities shall have sleeves/cover-ups and band-aids on hand to offer when needed.
