LACP DONATES BACKPACKS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES TO YOUTH

This week, LACP’s South Central Adult CORE Office and East Los Angeles Special Enforcement Operations team brought some extra joy to families in need by donating backpacks filled with essential school supplies, including notebooks, pencils, crayons and more!

To help our young scholars beat the heat, each backpack also included a water bottle to keep them hydrated during this heat wave.

The smiles and gratitude from the families and young people made this special effort even more meaningful.

A huge thank you to all of our officers and staff who donated and helped make a difference! Your generosity is helping our young scholars start the school year prepared, supported and ready to succeed.
