
Juvenile Charges Breakdown
Camp Glenn Rockey houses post dispositioned male probation youth between the ages of 13-18. All youth have been ordered by a juvenile delinquency court to 5-7 or 7-9 months in locked camp community placement program. Sustained petitions include but are not limited to violations of penal code 245 PC (assault with deadly weapon), 211 PC (robbery) and 664/187 PC (attempted murder).
Juvenile Charges Breakdown
As of April 22, 2026, Camp Rockey houses juveniles for various charges. The most common offenses include:
- Violent crimes (murder, attempted murder, assault, battery, robbery, kidnapping, gang-related incidents): 49%.
- Property crimes (carjacking, burglary, theft, taking vehicle without owners’ consent, reckless driving, vandalism): 20%.
- Drug-related offenses (possession, trafficking): 0%.
- Weapons violations: 32%.
- Probation violations (repeat offenses or failure to comply with terms): 18%.
- Sex-related offenses: 0%.

Each juvenile’s detention length is case-dependent, with judicial discretion applied to sentencing.
