WHAT FORMS SHOULD I SUBMIT TO CRU?
Submit the Juvenile Statement of Loss or Change of Address Forms to CRU if you were a victim of a crime that involved a minor and the Juvenile Court ordered the minor to pay restitution. A minor is someone under the age of eighteen (18) years old.
Submit the Adult Statement of Loss or Change of Address Forms to CRU if you were a victim of a crime that involved an adult and the Superior Court ordered the defendant to pay restitution. An adult defendant is someone eighteen (18) years old or older or a minor who is found unfit for the Juvenile Court and subsequently found guilty in the adult division of the Superior Court.
