Human Resources Division (HRD)

This office provides all human resources functions for the department including recruitment, examining and hiring of staff; administering the Return-to-Work Program and payroll functions; conducting administrative investigations and conduct pre-employment backgrounds; provide employee relations and civil service advocacy, hear third level grievances and maintain official employee personnel records for Probation Department employees.
